We still want to partner with someone to operate a cafe/grill/coffee shop on Market Street and Fourth Street.
Fourth Street has hungry UofL students & employees.
Market Street has strong sidewalk traffic at lunch, with six hotels within three blocks of 107 W Market (and no decent breakfast in the area).
Both need significant rehab.
We can go with a simple menus served from the sidewalk or more complicated models utilizing ground, second and third floor facilities.
We need you.
